Case Study: NIHR BioResource
NIHR BioResource are a medical research clinic based all over the country, the clinic I visited was a part of Cambridge University Hospitals. For this shoot I was tasked with creating both inclusive imagery that showcased the clinic, but also imagery that showed the accessibility features of the building itself. The general aim was to create imagery that was warm and inviting, to set it apart from the usual cold and clinical feel of medical photography campaigns. Importantly, we really wanted to centre the patient and their experience, rather than focusing on the clinician. We felt this would be much more inviting to potential participants who are thinking about contributing their time. The NIHR are doing great work all over the country, and it was amazing to play a small part in it!
